    Foreigners not resident in Panama
    ✓ Passport
    ✓ 2nd ID (e.g. Driver's License)
    Directors' Information
    ✓ Personal Identity Documents
    ✓ Shareholders' Act Authorizing the Legal Representative to open an account with us
    ✓ A utility bill in the name of the entity (Example: electricity, water, telephone, internet, university, etc.)
    ✓ Bank and/or commercial reference
    ✓ Tax Identification
    ✓ Social Pact and Amendments
    ✓ Business License / Notice of Operations

    Forms from COOPAEP, RL – ACTIVA FINANCE
    ✓ Authorization of APC queries – within the Client Profile document (attached document)
    ✓ Account opening request (document attached)
    ✓ Contract between the parties signed (document attached)
    ✓ Affidavit of origin of funds form – within the Client Profile document (attached document)
